Covid-19 Company Policy

As of August 17, MGroupTM has set a new company policy regarding Covid-19. If you are working at the Meridien House and you are fully vaccinated, you can remove your mask at your desk, but you are required to wear your mask if you leave your desk and move throughout the office. If you are not vaccinated, you are required to wear a mask at all times within the office. Any visitors entering the office that are not employed by MGroupTM will be asked to wear a mask. Additionally, if you are exposed to Covid-19, vaccinated or not, you are not allowed to come to the Meridien House under any circumstances for two full weeks. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but we're striving to keep all of our employees safe, happy, and healthy! For questions or concerns, talk to your manager.
As a reminder, Bo is offering two full days of paid vacation for anyone that gets the vaccine.

Lodging Conference 2021

|
The upcoming Lodging Conference will be held September 27th - 30th at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Our CEO, Bo Burdette and founder, Dave Murray will be in attendance. The week will consist of over 100 industry leading speakers addressing current market dynamics, post-pandemic opportunities, 2022 forecasts, and overcoming operational challenges. MGroupTM is looking forward to a great week!

HD Expo 2021 is in the books! With Bo, Dave, Scott, Tim, Ted, Michael, Matthew, and Taylor in attendance, the team ran our MGroup booth and an Ultracera booth. We received a lot of positive feedback about our booths both in-person and via social media.
During the last 2 months leading up to HD Expo, we created a customer recommendations page and renovation program page on our website. We also published several posts about each product offered through our renovation program, discussed supply chain interruptions and current shipping delays, shared customer testimonials, and encouraged interaction at HD Expo. As a result, we generated several new leads, had multiple interior design companies engage with us on social media, gained over 150 new followers across all of our social media platforms, and had an increase of 200 new website visits.

As football season prepares for kick-off, CEO Bo Burdette has presented us with yet another team challenge! Each week, Bo will send out a spreadsheet with 10 upcoming games and a tie breaker. All you have to do is answer which team you think will win in each game and what the score will be on a specific game of his choosing for the tie-breaker. The winner at the end of each week will win a $25 gift card. There will be a grand prize for the overall winner at the end of the season that is TBD. Picks are due by 5pm Thursday each week. May the odds be ever in your favor...

Matthew Cook has resigned as our Northeast Account Manager effective August 20, 2021. Our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tim Kulikowski, will be temporarily taking over the Northeast territory. We will miss Matthew, but we wish him all the best in his next endeavor.
