We are MGroupTM
MGroupTM is excited to announce Gayle Hall as our We are MGroup nominee for December. Gayle has worked for MGroup for over 5 years as our Contracts Administrator. She reviews and revises contracts between MGroup and the client, mitigates risk for the company, and communicates the terms and legalities of the contract with the client. Before working at MGroup, Gayle worked as a paralegal in a law office, but the office later closed and Gayle interviewed for her current position with us. She has enjoyed learning about the hospitality industry and watching the company grow over the years. She is most appreciative of the support of her coworkers and the challenge of analyzing a difficult contract. She is motivated by honesty, integrity, perseverance, and kindness. Gayle is a wonderful employee and friend and we're thankful she's on our team. Congratulations, Gayle!

Introducing the Concept of QCD
Disruption of the global supply chain is currently a significant concern impacting the hospitality industry. Everything we use, from operating supplies and equipment to furniture and fixtures, has been affected by the perfect storm of a pandemic, shortages of labor, and the effect of obsolete infrastructure. This combination created an operating environment of total uncertainty regarding time, cost, availability, and delivery of products needed to sustain our industry.
Quality, Cost, and Delivery. It's the management process to determine how we balance these three crucial variables to organize a winning supply chain that provides solutions to our clients, yearning for a more predictable delivery date at a competitive cost.
We've evaluated supply chain options that will provide similar levels of quality to what we currently offer from Europe and Asia while still offering exceptional value. After extensive research, we decided to create a new supply chain for MGroupTM. We've signed an agreement for a supply chain in North America for shower pans, shower surrounds, and shower doors with new businesses to be announced very shortly to include stone tops, millwork, and case goods. The anticipated goal is to reduce material, duties, freight costs, provide a predictable delivery date to our clients, reduce time in transit, shorten the supply chain, and provide products to customers faster. We are eager for this transition!

Christmas Parade 2021
The Lagrange Christmas Parade was Thursday, December 2nd and MGroup participated for the first time. There were a total of 80 floats and though we did not win an award, it was a very fun evening! A big shoutout to the Marketing Team and Matthew Van Norman, our renovation manager, who helped in the construction of our float as well as pulling our float through the parade. Our float was designed to look like a hotel guestroom at Christmas time with the theme "Blue Christmas" since that is our signature color. We had several employees participate in walking and riding the float during the parade and got to say hello to several familiar faces. We enjoyed the opportunity and are hopeful we can do it again next year!

Joshua Jones and Taylor Marshall followed for weeks 12 and 13 with perfect scores guessing 10/10 games correctly and Andrea Nevil won the final week of the football season with a score of 8/10. It was a fun season for all football fanatics.
