VOLUME #34

Hyatt Place Perimeter Center Atlanta

Kelsey Puckett, Project Support Associate, recently visited the Hyatt Place Perimeter Center Atlanta job site.

We provided LVT flooring, sleeper sofas and Ultracera® countertops for this project. When the installation team reached out with issues installing the sleeper sofas, we were available to help find a solution. Even a pandemic can’t slow down our excellent project support and customer service!

The Opening Manager said that our LVT product, QuietLok® Plus was far superior to the other model room product provided by a competitor. QuietLok® is is that much better!

Holding Our Own in the Pandemic

Our MGroup team continues to close orders and get more than our share of the business in a difficult market. Why? Because our team is making the extra effort to go the distance to build customer trust.

The story about Kelsey on the Hyatt Place job site is just one example. I can think of so many more: Christina Gwinn helping on a Teams call to close a new client in the domestic furniture production segment, Matthew Partin driving to Tallahassee to work with a client, and too many more to mention.

By continuing to do more than expected, you help insure our relevancy and in turn, our long term survival in this difficult environment.

The cream really does rise to the top. Keep striving and keep providing a level of service and commitment that brings customers back for more.

Donation Day
Troup County Foster Parent Association

The Troup County Foster Parent Association (TCFPA) is having a donation day on August 15th at the foster care center at 506 Vernon St. in LaGrange (across the street from 505 eats) from 10 AM to 12 PM.

They want your “unwanted kid clutter” and are in need of clothing (newborn through teen sizes), baby gear, toys, nursery furniture, and all things for kids in addition to the diaper bags. Anyone who wants to donate can take these items on August 15th.

TCFPA is also always looking for Emergency Diaper Bag donations. Foster parents often have less than an hour of notice before a baby is placed with them. Sometimes this call comes in the middle of the night. TCFPA likes to provide diaper bags to help them get through the first night. As the baby moves on, the diaper bag will, too.

EMERGENCY DIAPER BAG & CONTENTS:
Diaper bag or tote bag (new or gently used)
Diapers, 10 per bag, Size 2
Diaper Cream
Baby Wipes
Baby Shampoo
Baby Bath Wash
Baby Brush
Pacifier
2 8oz baby bottles
2 unopened containers of baby food
1 unopened container of baby cereal
Powder formula, unopened

Once you have these items packed in the diaper bag(s), they can be dropped off at the front office of the First Presbyterian Church. When you walk into the office, you will see a bin listed 'Foster Care Bags'.
